In this paper, the applications of AI approaches such as machine learning, natural language processing and artificial neural networks (ANN) in the field of e-commerce are examined. For example, applications such as detecting fake product comments, making changes in the prices of products according to product demand, identifying repeatedly entered products, realizing product categorization, making new product suggestions related to the product, and eliminating inconsistencies in product features include AI solutions. Recently, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that facilitate users' lives in e-commerce solutions have been widely used. Contrary to the traditional understanding of trade, since the environments where the products are exhibited are electronic, it has led companies in the field of e-commerce to increase their market shares with smart solutions. With the widespread use of the internet, e-commerce has enabled the traditional understanding of commerce to be carried out in electronic environments, and has become an exciting and growing research area with solutions that make users' lives easier.
